Planning your D&I strategy
In this section, we’ll guide you in working out the specific needs and opportunities in your business for a D&I strategy.
- Map communities in your company with different requirements to determine appropriate strategy purpose.
- Open a communication (feedback) channel which people at the company can use to input comments and suggestions.
- Resources: allocate budget, people and time as part of the strategy. Seek approval for these resource allocations upfront.
